Covid-19 Protocols

Clients: 

Our waiting area is closed.  Please wait in your car and call the office to let us know you have arrived for your appointment.  (518) 663-6000.  Once we give you the go ahead to enter the building, come into the suite, we will meet you at the door and go over the Covid-19 questionnaire prior to your appointment as well as take your temperature via non contactless thermometer.  If you have a reading of 100.4 or more, you will not be allowed to have your session and we will reschedule. You will also be rescheduled if you show any signs or symptoms of cold, flu or Covid-19. 

A mask is required upon entering our building and will need to be worn the entire session. When face down, we can set up the face cradle with a pillowcase that will allow for you to remove the mask keeping your face down. When you are face up or side lying, a mask is required. 


** We will continue to require a face mask during each session even with the CDC mask guidelines for those vaccinated.  We work within inches of our clients faces and feel it best to continue to have the added safety for our clients and ourselves. **  We will update if this changes.

New clients, we may call you the day before your appointment to go over a Covid-19 pre-screen checklist. 

Once the session is complete, you will redress, and your therapist will re-enter the room to go over the session, collect payment and rebooking can take place at that time.  

Therapists:  

We are required to wear a mask with a face shield or goggles the entire session.  

Both therapists are fully vaccinated and boosted.

Room Sanitizing:  

Our rooms are cleaned daily before and after each session with EPA approved disinfectants. Each session has single use sheets, pillowcase and blanket. We have hand sanitizer in each room with 60% alcohol or greater per guidelines. 

Both treatment rooms have HEPA air purifiers in them and working during the sessions.  

Appointments:  

We are happy to accept new clients however, we are booked out a bit, you may be placed on a waitlist if something opens sooner.
